Private Sessions

Private Pilates Sessions are individually tailored, combining Pilates Principles and pre-Pilates exercises on Joseph Pilates’ Cadillac and Reformer machines.  Through precise adjustments and instruction, the we  work together to  unlock your body’s natural inclination toward inner strength and tone. You will gain strength, length and endurance without the risk of injury.

As a new student, it is necessary to complete at least 3 private sessions. These quality sessions will help prepare you to understand and practice the Pilates method more effectively and help you transition into group sessions with ease and confidence.
