PILATES FOR THE NEW MOM
SATURDAY AUGUST 13 & SATURDAY AUGUST 27
8:30-9:30 a.m.
Saturday August 13th:
One hour of pre pilates:
Learn 4-6 Pre Pilates exercises that will ease overall tension and help you feel more settled in your body.
Saturday August 27th
A review of the PrePilates and 3 or 4 comprehensive mat exercises that will leave you feeling more tone and centered.

and I will send you a brief questionnaire. Your answers to these questions will determine what will be presented in the class. In other words, the class will be tailored to your particular needs.
